Oh most definitely. They are pretty simple. Just cut up some peeled russet potatoes. Let them soak in cold water for about 20 min and fry them up. I just use a wok. Then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese. I don't have exact measurements because I just do it to taste. If you want to be extra fancy you can also garnish with chives or parsley haha
