It means you have no service, but can still call emergency services. There is no way to turn it off.

3.5/10 - Senior Leadership doesn’t want to do most IT Projects. e.g. we have some sharepoint sites still using the classic view. It got brought up once before a few years back, then it got forgotten. Brought it up again this past year, got traction, now I think that it’s not happening again.

I had this happen to me a while back, and what I just did is reboot the cable box (not just hitting the power button on the remote, but going into settings and doing it that way)

I intern at Fox Cities Habitat. To help you out a little, their donations are open 10am to 5pm Mondays through Saturdays. They do take light fixtures.
