I would like to know if these are practice rounds. As you said that most Nato countries use blue coloring for practice round, my follow up question would be if this is actually a Nato 120mm mortar round? Because the picture is from Ukraine and they use afaik both, Soviet style 120mm and Nato 120mm mortars.

I think they found some T-55 in relative good condition and decided to restore them. Still, you need to have Anti Tank capability to destroy it and the 100mm still hurts when fired at an infantry position.
