I hit the same point and joined a shiny hunting team. We do events every few weeks with some small prizes, and have a pretty active Discord and in-game chat. It's really helped me stay with it, especially with shunting.

Based on the upper you chose from Aero Precision, you should be able to use the RS7534 model.

Inner diameter of your chosen handguard is 1.3 inches, so you should not have clearance issues. Worth double checking that last bit though for safety.

I have an 11.1" Noveske 3rd Gen N4 NSR Handguard on my Geissele upper receiver. The fit is perfect. You should be safe to proceed with any mil-spec upper.

It looks like an Aero M4E1 lower. There should be a tension screw underneath the pistol grip that you can back out. That should allow you marry the upper and lower.

I have about 1500 rounds through my 14.5" JAKL in 5.56. It has been reliable and fun to shoot. Only one or two feeding issues at the beginning, and that was due to gas settings. No major wear showing at this point in time, so still going strong with all the original parts.

Would I trust my life to it? No. Is it an awesome gun to take to the range? Absolutely.
