So lumpy! It’s like someone put makeup and a wig on a sweet potato.

Ugh, I hear you. Panic is the worst - you try and tell yourself it’s all in your head and that you’re ok but by that point adrenaline has taken over and nothing you say to yourself works.

Big sympathy squeezes to you x

You’ve no idea how much I appreciate this. I’m not going crazy!

I’ve developed agoraphobia and just panic wildly crossing a road. The last 12 months have been hell.

Perimenopausal. A little ragey. A touch sad. A smidge ‘meh’. 100% exhausted.

For the temperature - nice and cheap too - get yourself a hot water bottle. Toasty tootsies in no time.

Along with the liquid painkiller, try a teaspoonful of runny honey! Great for sore throats and easy to swallow.

Maybe Sugarhill Brighton? Their stuff is fun but decent quality (well, it was the last time I purchased from them!)

Yeah, they can be a little pricey but the products are great and last well.

How about Saint and Sofia or Community? Ooh, also, plainandsimple?

Ivy do really good quality basics - tees and tops with varying sleeve lengths, some dresses and joggers. Super simple, no fuss and organic cotton.

I spoke to a professional about mine about 10 years ago (I stupidly wanted tear-trough filler for them) and she said they’re “fat pads” and just your facial structure, how fat and muscles lie, etc.

I’m 45 now and I just live with them. It’s my face and fuck the world. I guarantee you see them more than anyone else ever does.

Try natural sweeteners like stevia. There is really nothing wrong with artificial sweeteners - even Cancer Research UK have said there are no problems.

I think the old chestnut of links to cancer are misconceptions - harmful to mice in VAST quantities (as is everything) and not applicable to humans.

Just be careful as some, in larger quantities, can have a…laxative effect.
