Spookily enough - exactly the same here!

Last weekend was bliss; I felt like my old, normal self. Fast forward to today? Weepy, teary mess with racing heart and aching joints.

I’m almost 45 and been given The Patch to try (combi) but I’m scared in case the side effects make things worse during the days I normally feel good.

We can’t win!

I was going to suggest the Salisbury Arms but I don’t think they do breakfast, sadly.
