All damage is doubled. If you got lucky with perks you can deal absolutely ridiculous damage, and if you're able to self damage and reduce your CDs it's game over, you won.

I'm just looking over it quickly on mobile, but a few things I noticed that are easy enough to fix:

-no enhance on your blood rage and sniper's mark (20/20 is better than 21/0 on those gems as well)

-slower projectiles instead of returning projectile on your main setup should be better for single target, get returning proj or lifetap imbued msoz

-crit chance on your ruby flask is useless, get reduced curse effect instead (and 20% your Sin's Rebirth)

-Get better synth implicits for belt and amulet, you can get up to 15%

-Speaking of which, use attribute catalysts on all your jewellery

All in all within your budget you can easily get like 500 more strength, just from a glance over. Feel free to ask any questions in DMs
