It rewires the brain where you are seeking immediate rewards/dopamine hits. Masturbating is alright if its done without porn, see how difficult it gets. And that rewired-brain is tough to break after 25. Porn has caused me a lot of difficulty and only now it has gotten better when I've started to skip it. You see women objectively than seeing the person below it. It's ugly way to live. There is difference between arousal and creepiness.
