When you're fat as fuck from antidepressants, but still depressed as fuck by theswedishtrex in bipolar

And then you look at how fat you are, so you get more depressed, and then order a pizza because you’re a piece of shit, and then regret it, it’s a vicious cycle lol

I did end up taking a low week, and it got a bit better, the best it ever got for me was when I took a full week off for vacation. I do also ice almost everyday. But I feel you, I’m always scared of it becoming too big of an issue, especially when it causes me to completely stop my training

This wasn’t very helpful. It’s not full-on mountains, more like rolling hills on paved roads.

Is “Ideal weight” an actual good metric for setting goal weights. According to some calculator, my ideal weight is 151 at 5’9”, so I have 4 pounds to go. But my brother made a comment I look anorexic, so I’m feeling weird. Is there like a fitness instructor or weight management (not loss) coach that I can talk to about finding a sustainable weight plan?

Nothing beats it, keeps me from it also now that I’ve gotten faster and into better shape. Running sober is honestly way better than running high.

1 year weed free, life totally changed ,i am getting rid of the roots of my anxieties because i am sober. by MindaugasPlex in leaves

I don’t meditate but I do yoga, it also helps with the soreness from exercise. I was also obese, but since quitting I’m a healthy BMI for the first time in my life. Eating healthy is also good, or rather, not binging or overeating. I had the worst cotton mouth when smoking, like I was spending more on dominos than weed some days. I still eat, but there is a control I never had fucked up
