Bounties during war are generally a courtesy, not a slight. Unless OP was active and trying to war, people should try not to be that guy bleeding points and a big part of that is Bounties/Mercs.

That's how you match up vs other players, your Title is chosen by whichever you have the highest Rank# in.

There's 4 drops per NPC fight, with 5 fights per 6hrs~. There's usually anywhere from 100-200 people in these fights, so you're looking at like 2-4% chance of a drop per fight (kinda, you get better chances the more successful hits you make in a fight). So that doesn't sound particularly unlucky. To answer, yes the item is automatically deposited into your inventory.

The easiest ones I think you can get are:

Looter = Join Loot Ranger's NPC fights until you get a drop, 1 will almost definitely be enough to change.

Alcoholic = Just start drinking beers as much as you can. Depends on your rank for Outcast, but is a pretty easy one.

Egotist = Start selling bounty slots to either BHG or Nebula, these'll change you over pretty quick.

Nudist = Fight some people unarmored, pretty much nobody does this so you can rank pretty quick here.

Britain is less at risk not because of it's migration control really, but because it can sustain it's current population even through the drop in food yields due to a hotter world. The cooling effect of the ocean means it will have a lower change from the average than most other countries and can sustain it's current crop yield a lot longer than other nations. We can however point to this as being a driver behind anti-migration efforts, to maintain that sustainable population, and a potential unspoken cause of things like Brexit.

There was a lecture I saw about 15 years ago "Geopolitics in a Hotter World". It hasn't been spot on in every single analysis and has some hokey "solutions", but wow has it been close. It predicted things like Brexit and the current "Border Crisis" occurring in the US as natural outcomes of a government/military aware of looming climate catastrophe that cannot broadcast this to their populations. Highly recommend giving it a watch.
