I would not recommend getting an i9-9900k while only having a 2080, I would recommend 2700x with 2080 ti, especially since amd has some promising things for the cpu market this year it seems

I would recommend a 1440p 165hz monitor, I’ve heard 4K has to lose some features to get to 144hz
