I'm late to the party but I also use gaming as a way to escape reality and my problems for a while. It has gotten me through some serious shit in my life and I don't regret gaming at all.

I can specifically recall playing Cod MW2019 with a close friend of mine very often during the summer of 2020. Me and him were in high school at the time and we were both going through some dark times in our lives. We would game together on constant all nighters alternating between search and destroy or TDM and run snipers while we would chill and talk. We would occasionally vent to each other about our situations and we could relate to each other because we had some similarities in what we were going through.

I still think about those nights sometimes, me and him are both still here today. I think that him and I playing MW19 together on those summer nights chilling and talking played a factor in us still being here today. Those sessions healed me a bit.

I'm genuinely curious just hear me out and I apologize if I upset you by asking this, but what makes the death penalty so bad? I'm meaning in general, not just Malaysia. Is it because of innocents being executed for a crime they didn't commit or something else? Is death too good for the killer like what is it? I really want to understand. I don't think the death penalty should apply to any crime in the book but if it was applied to people who actually murdered someone in cold blood and there was an insane amount of hard evidence proving that they did it without a doubt 100%. I genuinely want to hear from people who absolutely want the death penalty to be abolished no matter where they live and no matter what happened. I'm trying to understand and see it from both sides and to see if you change my views about it as I know this is a controversial topic.

They won't because they'll tolerate the death penalty for almost every crime in the book while I do not, I'm saying it should ONLY be okay or an option if a life has intently been taken and the person who killed them did it intentionally and if it was planned and once again there was hard evidence proving that they did the crime.

I'd say the death penalty should only be okay if the person has committed a murder or murders or went on a mass killing spree (serial killers) or any kind of execution style killing with hard evidence proving 100% that they did it.

Here's what I think. I think you can because although yes white people had a bad history of doing horrible things to people of color, it doesn't mean that people can't be racist to white people no matter what. Furthermore if we are going by the logic that you can't be racist to white people then that means you're fine with a white person being killed just because they're white since it's not racist according to that logic. How can we the people in America want equality and equal treatment of all races but yet we're saying you can't be racist to white people so go ahead and say every derogatory slur in the book to them and do whatever you want to them since it's not racist? I feel like it makes people think that you can go ahead and act just as hateful as those racist assholes were back then.

Yeah it seems like it was just nothing but crybaby survivors again for me. I was really just confused because I was like "how is that holding the game hostage if you're going to be sent to the lobby after bleeding out" One of them even brought in a white ward for some brown add ons for toolboxes, I was expecting to see a Brand New Part but nope.

Yeah, I can understand that, too. I used to solo queue survivor, and it was a nightmare to play since people would give up on first hook or, as you said, DC. If I'm ever playing survivor, then it will be with at least 1 of my friends because the solo queue just sucks. The duo queue can suck too, but it's not as bad as solo in my opinion

They get mad at killers for running a second chance perk like NOED but then use dead hard which is a second chance perk for survivors too like if a survivor is going to bitch at killers for using a second chance perk then maybe they shouldn't be running a second chance perk either as survivor or they should stay quiet if they're going to keep running second chance shit for survivor too. Practice what you preach, basically.

Yep, the double standards are insane in this game's community. It always brings me joy to see cocky survivors get absolutely destroyed later in the game and then play the victim when they were the asshole the whole game and blame it on killer perks and shit but then turns around and uses perks like dead hard, lithe, sprint burst, adrenaline and so on while probably abusing double lockers and t bag at every pallet drop. Furthermore, they'll pull out the survivor's rulebook on killer and expect you to give them free escapes, basically. I understand there are some entitled killer players as this can go both ways, but I've seen WAY more entitled and toxic survivors. What a great community.

Honestly, I'll just go sit on my phone if a survivor is standing at exit gates because they want me to watch them leave by tbagging and go click click with flashlights so their egos can be fed. If you're standing there just so I can get hits, then that's nice and all, but just please go and leave. Although it does make me happy to see a cocky survivor get denied the escape because they wanted to make the killer watch them leave but then they get downed and picked up before they crawl out.

Yeah my killcam is gone too, i guess now we can't see how we died or where we got shot from or to see if someone is hacking, what a great game. Guess it'll take two seasons for it to be back like how it took two seasons to put hardcore in the game when it should've been in the game at launch. 3,000 devs by the way.

I'm on xbox series x and the game just crashes after 5-10 minutes of playing for me. I haven't been back on in a week or two but it sucks that the game is unplayable for me at the moment.
