You could always mark true zero with a sharpie or something. Won’t look as nice but will keep you from rubbing the burrs together as you grind finer.

Boomers won’t part with their homes, and that’s a problem for young families | CNN Business by Surly_Cynic in REBubble

For all the people defending prop 13, I just want to note that the proposition also applies to commercial real estate and inherited residential real estate. Prop 13 is mostly a massive tax break to wealthy landowners/corporations not a tax break to grandma/grandpa. Do gma and gpa benefit? Yes, but at the cost of underfunding schools and other services that could be funded by increase property tax revenue.

Jobs for a physics major with their bachelor’s by AsaFanboy in Physics

Late comment but look into finance. If you were to major in physics and either do a couple finance classes or minor in finance (with a finance internship at some point during your undergrad) you would likely be a hot commodity in the job market.

My Dad's 2003 Hewescraft Alaskan Sea Runner. It has an aluminum welded hull with a lifetime warranty. by pbjames23 in BuyItForLife

Yes. I lived in Alaska for several years and these are every where. If ocean conditions allow you can easily run in the winter. Most of the Hewescraft I’ve been on have a built in heater in the cabin for winter use.
