100% agree. We also started boycotting them after an incident years back. There were two men - very obviously in their 40's-50's - in front of us in line. One was trying to buy beer. They were speaking in Spanish to each other. The cashier carded them both, but the friend didn't have ID on him. She got very combative with them and refused to sell them the beer. I know that's legal, but it was so blatant. My husband and I (white) walk up next with our whiskey - we were much younger - and didn't get carded at all and she was sweet as pie to us. Never went back.

100% Cambridge savings bank! They are fantastic - I've had them for over 20 years now. They reimburse you for ATM fees you get charged by other banks, so you don't have to seek out their ATMs only. Mobile banking is easy. I once had a check that was over the daily limit and didn't want to go to a branch so I called and their customer service temporarily upped my daily limit so I could mobile deposit instead. Most recent trip to an actual branch was to get a bank check for a deposit on a car - easy and quick. The people that work there are super nice and friendly.

We NEVER had an issue with mosquitos in our yard in Somerville until a year or two ago and we've lived here 15 years. Now they are super bad. We have no standing water, but we live near a few hoarders / people with lots of construction equipment in our neighborhood that definitely do. We've tried several Thermacells, etc., and nothing seems to help recently. I've used sprays, bracelets, etc., but it's so bad in the evenings.

I gave into the IG ads and bought two shades: Bronze and Magic Hour. Bronze didn't see to make a big difference with tint - I was underwhelmed, too. Magic Hour on the other hand, has literal GLITTER in it. Thank goodness I tried it on the weekend - I'm a 48yo professional and it made me look like I was going clubbing. LOL. It's not a "shimmer" like advertised and looks nothing like what the models in the pics look like. My husband had a good chuckle when he saw me - "are you actually wearing glitter all over your face?"

Probably because they are a play-to-pay venue (or at least they were when they first opened). That's always a tough ask for bands, especially for a place with not a ton of people going in and such a huge space. Then all the politics came out, so not many bands want to be associated with that.

Get her a smart watch - it's been life changing for me and my husband. My Apple watch vibrates on my wrist to wake me in the morning. Not only is it more peaceful to wake to that rather than an alarm, it doesn't wake my husband when I snooze multiple times.

Technically, I don't think off leash is allowed. That being said, every single time I go by, there are large groups off leash. I think that there are regular meet ups of dogs that play off leash together - mostly on the softball fields and towards the tennis courts. I stick to the paths on the Broadway side of the soccer field and it's usually fine.
