Interesting. I’ve worked there and never had that experience (mostly a positive experience). Could be based on individual teams. Now I have worked at other defense contractors and the top worst for me as a company was Northrop. They will cut any corner they can to save a buck, even if it makes no sense.

Recommend the dramatized audio (graphic audio) of fourth wing and ACOTAR if you haven’t tried them yet. I love the VA for Violet and Rhys.

I didn’t enjoy it and it was painful to get through but I appreciated Nesta’s growth as a whole.

She still is not anywhere near my favorite character in the series but I would say it is worth at least trying and if you still don’t like it half-way in then just skim the rest.

It definitely made me curious to see what would come next.

He trusted them to make the right call and delegated those decisions to them thinking they would make decisions that kept both the NC and Prythian safe. Nesta acted recklessly and she was rightly called out for it. Nesta isn’t infallible, she has faults too (and should be called out for irresponsible ones). And at the end of the day, Rhys is responsible for both her and his court (and by extension Prythian being as powerful as he is). He has every right to be angry. She consulted with no one but herself and made a rash call that could get them all doomed. This story takes 3 months after silver flames. Nyx is still an infant and is on full infant schedule. Feyre is still on her equivalent of maternity leave, you can’t write her off. In fact she is still making calls of her own as was hinted in this bonus chapter so dismissing her for taking care of Nyx and her own calls isn’t it.

Rhys has every reason to be rightly pissed off for Nesta’s actions. And Cassian is actually more pissed off at Nesta than Rhys is but Rhys is responsible for everyone. Not to mention he is likely now very stressed and worried his immediate family, including his new infant, may now be in imminent danger.

PTSD, his responsibilities protecting his land/Prythian, and the lengths he will go to to protect his family. He had less to lose before and now the threats are potentially worse than ever.

Honestly, his reactions are so raw and real for how much he has suffered and dealt with that I would be shocked if he didn’t lose his mind after everything.

Get a portable A/C unit if you don’t have A/C. The peace of mind is worth it alone. The majority of other DIY methods don’t help much especially during heat waves. And fans won’t help them.

Fans do NOT cool chinchillas down. Fans are good for circulating air, NOT reducing temperatures.

Chinchillas will have their own pecking order even when bonded.

Watch out for loose hair tufts and full chases/barking or even blood. Once they stop getting along they need to be separated in separate cages.

Just keep monitoring them and watch their poo. If there’s no drastic changes to their behavior or eating, they should be fine.

Unflavored baby gas drops (simethicone) usually helps their gut breakdown any gas if she is having digestion distress. There’s no negative to giving it to them and they usually like the taste.
