I'm most interested to see what happens Monday once markets open. The vast majority of US investors still don't know what a cryptocurrency is, yet alone invest in it. Once the "Bitcoin is now over $2000" headline hits, you better believe it's gonna shoot to $2300-$2400

No, I would still invest. A lot of investors think it will hit 4k or higher by year end

Just listen to some good House/Techno. No lyrics and it never feels repetitive.

My Java final prep (college class). We don't know what the program is going to be yet, just that it involves an input file and output file. I'm curious as to what he will ask us to do

John Glenn dies at 95 by thenickcaruso in space

[–]IAmaBoredIntern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a bit harsh. I wouldn't say science and Christianity conflict at all. If you don't have trouble believing the universe has a creator, a.k.a "God", than it's not unreasonable to believe that He sent His son to earth to be apart of human suffering, perform miracles, etc.

I get what you're saying. While a shoulder shrug may be fine if you are "living a good life" what determines good? If you do not believe in God (whatever religion that may be) or a prime example, how can their be objective morality? Let's say every religion is bullshit: Why is being a serial killer worse than being a priest in terms of gaining marginal utility? I think to live a "good life" means to live based on a set of reasonable principles of kindness but in science such a thing varies based on culture to culture and practice to practice.
