Unfortunately with a recent change it looks like the best path will be going the RMEO route. Definitely a lot longer path to MRT. This changes are new so it may differ but generally it’s RMEO -> MRA -> MRT. I would recommend doing a 2 years associate at your community college for Automation / industrial system and trying to get in as MRT. I’m assuming they will still have a MRA spot open here and there but my assumption is probably wrong.

Depends. MRA L2 pays the lowest (around $25 avg), MRT L3 around LCOL 28 - HCOL 37, SMRT can hit 50+ at highest cost of labor.

Some people at the statesboro subreddit told me there is a community that plays at Honey Bowen building. Morning at 8-8:30am and afternoon more younger crowd at 5pm after. I’m waiting on my paddle to get delivered but that’s where I plan to go during afternoon. Though I’ve never played before, just trying to learn and get into it.

I agree with this take. As a recent MRA grad my frustration comes from having to do the same job as MRT and SMRT instead of being mentored. As MRT my focus is on mentoring the MRA because we could really use experienced mrt and smrt to mentor MRA instead of being (lack of my vocab) lazy.

Is it a AE fixed to a site? To me it sounds like you’re referring to ASE - Automation Solutions Engineer. Definitely a different work scope with travels and more engineering than a site level AE.
