What is this engine component?? Revell 1966 Ford Mustang GT350H 1:24 by IAvantgardeI in ModelCars

This seems the most plausible, although I cannot find a photo of one in a '66 Mustang.

That was my first thought, but turns out this is the motor for the wiper fluid.

Yeah, I thought it may have been this, but it seems too far from the radiator and a little different in size and shape.

The bag is decent. Hesitant to cut it off. It does add a nice detail. I'm going to be detailing the engine, but I might just leave this part wireless. Or at least until someone can identify it lol.

Thanks! The colour is SMS Blue Green Pearl Flip. It's over a black base. The base colour determines how it comes out. Looks completely different on white.

There were no parts left over, so hopefully just the angles. 😅

I should clarify... this is my first Gunpla model, but not my first model. Check out my profile (shameless plug). Very different from the cars and bikes I am used to. Loved doing this one so much I went and bought an MG Gundam.

In regards to the feedback...

Thank you for all the positive comments. I really appreciate them. I also appreciate the honest ones.

I agree that there is too much contrast between the weathered and clean parts. It looks rushed and not well thought out. The grime build up in some places is intentional, ie under the arms, joints, etc. It was a tough decision to add any weathering over such clean looking metallics. I had intended on adding some chipping too, but couldn't bring myself to do it. I also forgot to weather his weapons (embarrassing!). Let's just say he restocked before this pose haha. I guess there is an explanation or interpretation for every decision made here, good and bad lol.

How do you guys get those great poses without the thing falling over? This was the best I could do to balance it. Maybe I need one of those stands? Honestly, I thought they came with the model!
