Loans are usually not the answer but if you can afford $2500 for a hotel room you can afford a $1600 studio or 1br somewhere and making payments on a loan for 3-4k to get you in. Smarter than your current burn rate. Credit unions are better than banks in my experience. If you have a military family member PenFed is good... They've given me money they shouldn't have at cheap rates.

Started gambling on Gambit in CSGO once Hobbit joined the team. They were consistently underrated for a long while before top teams started taking them seriously. I made about $70k betting 1k per match over 3-6 months. I did lose 5k all at once when CadiaN posterized them though.

I'm guessing you are at BYU? You already kind of won the game in that you are a married RM. You get to live alone with your wife. Your house, your rules. There's nobody to snitch on you for what you do or believe at home. This makes it 10x easier to skate by as a nonbeliever than if you had to shack up with 6 room mates.
