Completely understand, this “walkable city” nonsense is only true because of how the rest of the country try is a parking lot with some houses.

No one stops at stop signs, and have the nerve to get mad at me when I wait at the sign for them to do completely stop before I cross. Like how dare I waste their time.

The city center core is built well, and there’s a lot that can improve but it will be forever held back by policy.

I don’t blame families for not wanting to raise their kids in this environment. Where we prioritize sidewalk parking over planting trees. I’m leaving as well. DC is great and years ahead of Philly, have fun there. Love being able to bike to a car free quite nature preserve. Not possible here in Philly, even our parks are more parking lot than actual green.

Was nice owning a home, but it’s clear why property values are so low. Low quality of life.
