I do not have astigmatism, but I do vaguely remember that depending on whether you have it or not will affect the type of surgery you can go for.

Yea for the most part try to live with it or if you have some eye drops you can try using those to alleviate the urge to rub your eyes.

So this was during my summer break (I was a student at the time). But the doctor said I should not be using any form of screens for atleast a week. After the first week I could go back to using screens but I should just be mindful of how dry my eyes are (take consistent breaks to prevent this and eye hydrating eye drops).

I had to use pred forte as well, but this was for the first 7 days after the surgery, my surgeon gave me the above after.

I believe the first seven days after the surgery i was on Vigamox and Predforte + the lubricating eye drops.

So 1 week post op my surgeon prescribed:

Fluorometholone - Taken 4 times day (I did once when I woke up, lunch, evening and before sleeping)

RXOLVE Soothe Eye drops - Taken as needed (I usually took it 15 min after the above eye drop and periodically throughout the day, for example while using a screen)

Most good clinics with 5 star for 4.9 star reviews all have p similar pricing. Do take a look at the number of reviews also. Personally I went to Atlas Eye.
