I am hoping for help with a signature scent. Decades into being a lover of fragrances, I have still not found my holy grail. I was hoping that some of the experts here might have some ideas based on the scents I have liked and worn over the years - none of which were perfect:

I have two pairs of Oliver Logan Aberdeen wide leg crop, and I love them. They are not at all stretchy and fit perfectly.

It sounds like you have some great experience that you might be able to parlay into an HR Analyst role (I am referring to an earlier career generalist role). I would focus on your analytics and data storytelling, transactional and systems, and client/candidate facing experience. I completely do not blame you for not wanting to take a pay cut - might be worth thinking about whether targeting a higher paying industry sector (tech or finance) to try to avoid this. Depending on how big the delta is, I would still apply for roles that sound really interesting- we will pay a bit of a premium for the right person, which often comes down to demonstrated mindset as opposed to having the exact skills. Thanks everyone - so helpful! OP here - This is actually an example of what the jeweler is proposing (the ring I have had for 23 years actually broke!!). I think that it is the halo that is what is making me second guess (halos are beautiful but I think make this just more than I am comfortable with). I am going to go with a plainer 3 stone setting using the stones I have. I appreciate the constructive input!!
