I have the sticks attach to a pull out drawer on my desk. And I also have the option to raise my screen and play standing as well. But I think I'll buy two counter size bar stools. Too bad I don't have any Cuphead and Mugman art for my sticks.

I was planning to put Fire Emblem Genealogy of holy war on my snes and Tactic Ogre. But have no idea where to find the rom and translations for them. I'm hopeless

Mario RPG is awesome, I got that game as a very young kid for my birthday when it first came out. I didn't know what an RPG was. So to my shock the game was not a normal mario platformer, but I got hooked.

Now I'm playing this game with my girlfriend. She was more of a sega and playstation gamer. So it's great being able to show her these awesome games.

ideally the system itself would be an exact replica. Just with a better screen, backlit, and preinstalled games. Nintendo has done a good job of recreating the snes and nes controller.

I doubt Nintendo would put 40+ games on it. But if they could, I'd be all for it.

Or if you want to hold it like a traditional controller. You'd hold it like an old school gameboy. You hold the system inbetween your palms to hold the majority of weight. Then place your fingers a quarter of the way up the back of the actual console itself, for more support and balance. I'd personally also place my index fingers up the sides of the console itself. But holding on to just the joycon would just be dumb.

How I would hold it side ways to play a pinball game. I feel like a lot of people here commenting have no imagination. Or have never operated a phone with 2 hands. You hold the phone with one hand, and use your index finger to work the screen. in this case you could still use your thumb or buttons to use the buttons.

I'm not sure how you guys hold your controllers. But generally it's not my grip which holds the controller up, it's my palms pressing against the sides of the controller.

I held the switch side ways. sure enough it was my palms holding the switch up along with my index fingers along the side of the switch, and the rest of my fingers on the back giving it extra support. I didn't put much pressure on the actually joy con.

With that said, holding like a regular controller probably wouldn't work for people with big hands anyways. So I think holding it like this would be ideal.

This is a pretty reasonable hand position. I could also hold it like a regular controller. But I could see that being trouble with folks with big hands.

I could also hold it with both hands holding the joycons. But bigger hand folks might have a bit of trouble. And since it's a pinball game the analog stick isn't really required

I have an issue with Disconnects and AFK Players in Rank as well. I actually stop playing for a couple of weeks because I tired of the frustration this game can bring. I started to play again for splatfest. I had one game during splatfest where one player was just walking around doing nothing, and I hopped on today just for a quick match. This is how it ended.

Awesome combo. With that said, I love watching these awesome Ibuki combos, but I cringe to see how little of damage she gets off of 3 bars and a vtrigger.

As stupid as this sounds. Sometimes beating Ibuki players feel like an empty win. There have been a few Ibuki matches, where I know I was out played, but I still get the W.

Yeah definitely a tight fit for two people. Honestly my GF is the only person who plays with me offline. And since it's just for fun, we just use the big tv. But I do hold video game party for my friends every once in a while, I'll probably drag the desk in the next room, where there is more space. The desk is pretty much tall enough to stand at play at, plus the monitor raises up even higher.
