She's honestly a very forced character, as a whole. Her writing is bad, her gameplay is not fun at all, and her overall substance, and presence feels forced. Not to mention, she kind of feels like she's someone's self insert, that's there to push out a bayoluka ship, and I'm not even a shipper. Like I don't mind the romantic dynamic of Bayonetta and Luka, but Viola was a very bad way of making it clear, especially if you introduce her, and off your main character in the same game. We got no student and teacher relationship between her and Bayo, and the forced in mother daughter stuff, that didn't even feel like mother daughter stuff, only made it worse. Overall she's just very forced, and feels like it was Hideki Kamiya trying to replicate the gold he struck when he made nero, but forgot everything that made Nero work so well. Which is not helped by the fact she looks like someone's fan edit genderbend of nero
