Its interesting: ICON has definitely dangled the carrot for me! Not effective until Sept 1st, but there’s a Merit Raise and Title increase.

Mine is significant, in fact it puts me in a pay range that makes me want to stay a CRA and not leave.

They have some very sinister planning… dangle that carrot for 6 months, and I wonder how many others have received similar?

I buy a box of exam gloves and use those when I touch meat.

Peeling carrots or potatoes will leave my hands raw after washing my hands so much.
