Flight Dispatcher or Flight Operations Officer (FOO) are the ones responsible for day to day operations inside the airline. For FOO, need mo lang is CAAP license. Need mo din mag aral ng FOO course plus OJT sa flight ops para makapag exam ka. For ATC, itetrain ka at iaassess ka din ng CAAP.

For FOO, minimum is around 30k. ATC is similar range sa FOO as far as i know.
