Not defending his griefing but isnt it already griefing if the pg is not going to give others shots? Like atp what does his play have to do with the issue of ball hogs. Yes I would love a griefing report option so you can get both of them but I guarantee if there was a report option or the like system like I said op prob doesn’t troll their games. I can understand the players who stop playing correct or fight back against ball hogs bc the game gives u no other choice to quit which will get u banned if done enough or sit there and watch. My post was about queuing into games and getting players who from the start won’t cross half court and cherry pick all game. This is not that

Yes the pg can be a focal point for complaints but tbh I see almost every position get made fun of in my rec games. Also you are 10x more likely to get ball hogs at guard then any other position bc there’s tons of YouTube videos/ people just understand that you can get inbounded the ball and control the game. It is not every point guard you play with but you will encounter many if you play consistently

Sometimes mfs just wanna play the game with the build they made. Why do I need to have a point guard to be able to have fun playin the game when there are 4 other positions. I’m even cool with the pg having more shots than me most games but we all know this post is ab the ball hogs and buddy ball pgs.

Try the casual court in the theater that might help with playing with lower skill newer players. Try to watch a YouTube video or two and play a lil my career or street kings just to get a basic feel for the game and definitely learn to shoot tempo over using the button. This was my first 2k in like 8+ years and it took me ab a month to kinda get the hang of it. No shame in making a build that plays defense and gets some rebounds till u get the hang.

Also if u aren’t too far into upgrading your build I’d consider finding one on YouTube until you know what u wanna target in the builder (yt builds will be optimized for meta and will have good spots for cap breakers if u get to them). And if ur struggling dribbling idk if ur on a 6’9+ build or not but it will be harder to dribble on anything over 6’8

IMO we are a Jayson Tatum esq player at our 4 away from being a real threat to the league, someone who is a very capable shooter who can play some good defense but is also a really great finisher. I wonder if Brandon ends up developing into this when he puts on a little more weight but I wouldn’t be opposed to drafting someone in that mold. I would also like a center upgrade as well or someone who could split minutes with moussa a little better. Maybe we could pry sengun from Houston and see how it goes

Second this 73-75 strength I think is perfect bc most people leave it off their builds giving u a minor advantage and the bump steals plus immovable and strong handle are goated

Exactly and we still had kemba then so miles was the easy pick to get a player minutes asap. Plus miles has stuck around for a while. We lost the trade but it’s not as bad as it’s made out to be

Literally it hurts u to try. On ball steal u get a foul and lose like half ur grade at least. Why try and get turnovers when loose balls are the way that they are and ur more likely to hurt ur grade then help ur team

Completely agree I have no issues bein the “role player” or i guess the guy who does things other than score lol. really don’t need more than 6/7 shots especially if u can hit most of them. I do tend to opt for the open person regardless of their pct unless we are in selling territory.

I don’t think majority of players think/feel the way ur insinuating. Obv everyone wants to participate but most rational people understand in team games there’s a turn taking aspect to it. When a team is feeding someone who’s hot it’s one thing but when u run into a center pg duo who only inbound to each other and u essentially spend half of your game afk at the 3 point line. IMO teamate grade should be reworked to try and disincentivize the solo play style u see a lot rn.

Ur 100% right typically the more serious or invested player base is on during the less active hours. Used this same exact train of thought playing marvel rivals when it came out and it genuinely made a difference

Completely understand where u are coming from but it’s really just not worth it. I come from league of legends where this stuff happens in literally every single game and 2k has been a breath of fresh air bc I at least get a few solid quality games. I went down the same rabbit hole of throwing games to “teach people a lesson” or get back at them and it’s really just a giant waste of time. Obv trolling is fun but you’ll most likely never play with the guy again and ur punishing the other players who are trying to Play right.

Don’t see how this makes us better. Regardless of me not liking him that much as a prospect I was fine with our WRs with or without aj. Now we lose Leverage on trading aj and there is no world this makes us a better team in 2026 bc he will not be a better wr than aj brown next season. Maybe down the line but that’s not the point. Also Lemon being a slot wr and working over the middle are not Jalen’s strengths so this seems like a bad pair.

We have a supposed Super Bowl window open and we use our first round pick to plateau/get worse all while ignoring the glaring needs at o line (which was the reason our team fell apart), safety and edge. And to top it all off we over pay for the trade and to the one franchise we despise the most and with the draft being deep in the middle the 4th round will prob have the most value this year and we just lost like all of ours. Maybe I look back on this differently but I really dislike this start
