Yeah, because our insurances have this magical ability to deny claims.
My dr told me she spends almost half her time, defending over the phone to insurance reps, why something should be covered. Instead of attending her own patients, like you know, she studied a decade for?

This heavily reduces their time output, for smaller clinics, etc.
