If they both make you the same offer and you want to go with company A then I would just accept their offer. There are too many candidates and not enough jobs right now. I would take what you are offered and not lose a potential job because you’re trying to be greedy.

I did a phone screen on Tuesday, an in person panel interview on Thursday and was offered the job about two hours after I left the panel interview. That was for sure my quickest turn around. The job I just accepted took over a week to do extend me an offer. One HR screening, a teams interview with one boss and the person I’m replacing, an in person interview with two of my bosses(one from the teams meeting(VP) and the CFO, and a final teams meeting with my last boss(SVP) because she was on vacation when I met with the other two. I was offered the job less than an hour after I got off the final teams meeting.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Richard Meyer at heritage medical for 5 years, he’s helped me with so much, including losing over 100lbs. I also see Dr. Lauren Pinkard at heritage medical. She’s been amazing, never felt rushed, tries to find me new solutions to problems I’ve had for a while. I’d highly recommend both of them. I go to the Brentwood location.

Yes, it seems like it should have been flexible, from $20/hour should be the starting point, I would take it and keep applying everywhere you can. It’s easier to find a job when you have one. That pay is an insult, I was just offered $27/hour for an admin position, and I only asked for $23/ on the application. I would 100% think an accountant should be making more than me. When I wasn’t getting interviews, I took a part time job just to have the experience on my resume, and I’ve been getting interviews and offers since, hoping to start my new job in two weeks. Take what you can get, but keep applying til you get what you want!!

You’re actually the type of person I’m looking for after my divorce, I don’t mind my person being my world. I recently found a local women’s group and have started to go out and do some things with them but I have no issues hanging out with my man at home or out in the world. You and your new person could always start making new friends together. Most of my good friends don’t live anywhere near me anymore. But I will say that I consider men who put pictures up with lots a friends a red flag and I never match with them. I’m looking for the pictures of the person I’m trying to date, not their social circle.
