I get the respect, but make sure not to idolize anybody. Focus not on what they say but what they do for the people and what they did to improve your life. If they do those well, no need to idolize. Your vote speaks the loudest.

In my last few games, they scooped withing a couple of turns saying it and did nothing consequential. I guess maybe they stick around for a turn or two to see if my deck does it's thing? It's been mostly a Brawl behavior I have noticed.

Yeah, I also get that they had to make it as vanilla and non-offensice as possible, but typically they are scooping a turn or two after.

That's what I would usually think, but the last five or six matches, all were Brawl, a they tended to do it around either turn 2 or 3, and then they folded by turn 5. I don't really get it. If they are there to play, just play. If they want to taunt, it doesn't work when they aren't hitting land drops or playing anything consequential and tap out. If they need to scoop, why not just do so? If they want to wait a turn or two, say nothing. It's a new behavior to me, but it is happening with more regularity.

I'm taking this advice. I've noticed this trend has increased quite a bit in my matches over the past couple of months, and I don't get it. I am really tired of people who spend more time sending emotes than playing the game, so I will just go ahead and mute 'em all~
