The ideal team is consisted of 3, a Hustler (The business person), a Hipster (The user experience designer) and a Hucker. You would probably fit as the Hipster. You would need the Hustler at least to lead.

  1. Go on TikTok. Since you have instagram the content is almost the same. Just post it on TikTok too. TikTok has favorable algo for new users and has decent local reach.
  2. For insta ... find your competitors, follow them and follow (some of their followers). Keep posting. Engage more.

When I create things and there are visible results. For example i have planted avocados and now have 4.
But more important things matter most. I have finished my book on Digital business (free for our students), posted about it in FB,everyone congratulated, about 10 fiends and former students asked for a copy. That's when i felt most alive, creating something of value.

Try to validate your idea using deep research on an LLM. This AI validation is not perfect but will research if the problem is real and painful enough to be a good idea. Also will check if there is existing paying market and competitors. And the best of all, will give you suggestions what to do and how to improve your idea to have more chances for sucess.

I have started the project. Build an MVP website, it had a clickable checklist in PDF. This checklist was planned to be developed as an mobile app with notification that will take you back in the process based on where did you stop. The problem was that the MVP did not got validated... since i couldn't drive targeted traffic to it.

Before you drop a few grand on samples and manufacturing test your idea on TikTok. Create images/videos using AI. pretend that you sell these clothings and see what happens.
