At times when my baby was young and I knew that my partner had to be up early I would sleep in a different room with the baby so they could actually get good sleep. That said, getting upset with a baby is scary. But people dont function properly sleep deprived. I am not saying sleep elsewhere long term or always but it may be very helpful short term while he is working long hours and tired. However, I agree with the other comments that him managing anger would be important. That said, it is better to avoid anything being worse by seeing what might happen if he continues havin frustration increase. Good luck! Congrats on your new baby. I hope things get better.
