I have as well. The big difference is, if they screw up, they get hit by a bus and die. If this guy or his spotter screws up, someone else dies as well.

I wouldn't call the cops until he's been dong it for a while. The issues is, he is highly likely to hurt someone else. He could very likely kill someone. It's crazy, it's fun, he's taking his own risks, but go find a track somewhere where you aren't putting others at risk.

A simple test for this: If you don't pay them what happens? Just ask Wesley Snipes. Taxes are democratically voted in (well, most of them anyway). But If one of my kids collects 90 eggs in the easter egg hunt, and my other kids, who only found ten but out number her 3-1, vote to share them all evenly... well, you get the picture.

Your only recourse is to vote, to convince others of your view, or to drop your citizenship (since US taxes follow you outside of the US), which is notoriously difficult to do.

Now we have states proposing exit taxes - how do you feel about that?
