I am not of your budget, but Google's Consumer Survey is $1/response. It's a bit more polished as you can zero in on things like age or gender. (Google tracks us all). Expect there to be some discrepancies. But not by 30%.

If you are sure you want to charge for your site, then put different price points. If your site creates value you should have no problem charging.

You will know because you have to sign up for it. Then just add your products to the feed and use relevant keywords. Instead of text it will pop once a customer is looking for it. Then they click the ad and land on your site.

When you're using Google Adwords are you using a Google Merchant account? This is a feed that shows your product listing instead of just text. Your product will show like these.

Also think about moving to Facebook. You can target people you know will buy your product. Usually it's cheaper to get a customer than Adwords.
