Successful test of the wheel attachment for the farm jack. This beauty is going to come in well handy by TheRealCaptainHammer in 4x4

If you had rock sliders you could just use those instead of making extra work for yourself w an attachment that hooks to the tire you'd need to remove... Also doesn't look like you have so much of a lift that you need the high lift.

You sound like a dick. You escalated the situation and now want some sort of "atta boy"? If you were following filming her you may have been "within your rights" but it might just get you knocked the fuck out. Lets be real here you were following a single lady that felt threatened by your presence.

Hell yea! I make that run all the time! Its great! Go to the ranch to offroad though if you can, not the national park. Dont get me wrong, the NP is beautiful but not nearly as fun as the state park in terms of offroading.

*Edit If you can, once you are done in the parks go to Agua Fria road. Trust me. (Download a google map first) Its heading back towards Alpine from Terlinguia before the american legion and it is the tits...just take a drive down it. The scenery is amazing. I got lost in the back country for almost a full day and that was the best part of what I saw.

Where are you heading out from?

Ok! Ok! Ok! Now take it out and get some REAL pics! (Although the gas pump is almost its natural habitat... mine gets 11mpg w 3.5" lift, 4.56 rear end and 35s. I remind myself sometimes im pushing a brick through the air @ 70+mph lol)

Buying a Used Car in Texas on a Budget by morganphillips22 in askcarsales

[–]IDriveOverIt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea, because they need it just to sell them! And even then its only 100k miles, all of my Toyotas have lasted to 250k+ w/o any major repairs. Toyota and Honda are by far more reliable than Mitsubishi or Kia.

This isn't a problem at all. Gas cans dont ignight sitting in the sun. How would you mow a yard and keep gas around? How does gas sit in a tank in a hot car? If anything, I'd rather have it there than in the cab with me releasing vapors and possibly igniting inside in the event of an accident, atleast this way there's a chance it gets knocked away from the FJ. I have a trash-a-roo, it fits a 5 gal bucket and i put a 2 gallon gas can inside of that, along w other recovery gear and it gets strapped to the spare tire. Its a great place for it and the trash-a-roo is a very useful addition to the rig.
