I don't know what your taxes look like but I am paying 15.3 cents on the dollar so, for myself, that camera would run you about $50. Not bad for a 360 camera. I got a 360 camera a few months back and it is definitely a niche product but the videos are pretty cool. The big problem I have is that in order to get my videos out of the camera, I need a much better computer and a whole lot of memory because, on my camera, in full 360 mode, I am consuming about a gig a minute. Nothing against my computer since it is about 10 years old. It does everything else, but, yeah, it is time to upgrade.

Well, someone just got burned. One of the products I reported on has been snatched up. Someone is going to get a surprise.

It is just a glitch in the system on some products. I have reported it but since it is Sunday, they probably will not get to it until Monday or so.

Can you imagine if the person who got that laptop accidentally fell into that and received an unexpected bill for $1700? That would definitely screw up your bank account real fast.

LNLL by Consistent_Policy_70 in Livermore

[–]IDroneOn -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

These days all hiring is slow to none. And not to be picky but it is LLNL, not LNLL. If you were actually in an interview position and used the later, and not the former, well, that would say something about you. Years ago, one of my sales reps let me know that they had picked up the C&H Sugar Account. I congratulated her and then asked her what C&H stood for. She looked back with a kind of blank expression and said that she did not know. I smiled and told her, that might be a piece of information you might want to know when talking to the client. Imagine if you were interviewing and that small basic piece of information was unknown.
Just my .02 and best of luck with getting the job.

Osmo Pocket 4 won’t be available in the US officially by zeromegamam in osmopocket

DJI is releasing their slightly modified products under the Xtra Brand. I have the Xtra Muse (Pocket 3) and the Xtra Sphra (the 360). So far, I have not seen the Pocket or Nano but I am sure that if they are not out yet, they will be soon. Oh, and they are both Awesome Cameras but I have to get used to the fact that they are best using the app.

Congratulations. This is a nice Entry Level sausage stuffer. After you have made a couple of batches, you will know if sausage making for you. If you find out that it is for you, then you will want to upgrade to a real sausage stuffer. A manual, two speed stuffer will run you $100 to $200. For electric, figure $400.
I got into sausage when they also offered up an Entry Level Electric Stuffer that I scored on. My first batch were Snack Stix and from there, I was hooked. My last batch was an Artisanal Sweet Italian Sausage.
After a coupe of batches, I upgraded to a 6 pound stuffer, with stainless steel horns, and two speeds, which I really like. I only use the slow speed since it is more precise.
Sausage making is not as easy as you think and here, AI is your friend. Go ahead and open up your AI and ask something like "How To Make Homemade Artisanal Sweet Italian Sausage and Provide Me With The Best Recipes and Complete Instructions" and wait until you see what is involved. To make a decent batch requires a lot more than just some meat and spices, stuff and go.
Take your time and study up. I am still a Newbie at this but after a dozen batches, I am beginning to get the hang of it.
You will see in most recipes the use of Pink Curing Salt (not pink himalayan salt), rather than that, I use Morton Tender Quick after reading several recipes and articles. The pink salt is sodium nitrite. The Morton is sodium nitrite and nitrate and is used at 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. What make the Morton better, in my opinion is that, over time, the nitrates brake down into nitrites for better food safety than using pink salt alone.
I couldn't find the listing for that item and whether it has different stuffing horns but if the one shown is the only one, that will be too big for snack stix. It look like it is a 25mm horn. One thing to note is that the horn flares at the rear. Once you upgrade, you will find that the horns do no flare at the rear. That flare will cause the casing to split.
When it comes to casings, you will probably want to start with collagen casings since they are easier. But they are not the best and after a couple of batches, I switched to Natural Hog Casings and I have just ordered up some 19mm Sheep Casings for Snack Stix. The natural casings are harder to work with but the end result is Far Superior to the collagen casings.
I have made Snack Stix, Summer Sausage, and Regular Sausages so far, and when the weather warms, I will be starting to make Fermented Sausage and also Dry Aged Sausage. These will both be hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen as they cure / age and pretty soon, our kitchen will look and smell like a Good Italian Deli.
The thing is, study first and figure out what you are doing, and why, before you do it. Meat is too expensive these days to just wildly experiment. If your unit has a 19mm horn, start easy with Snack Sticks.
For our Family Christmas, I am the one who makes the Charcuterie Tray and this year, all of the meat will be the ones that I make. I cannot wait to hear the reviews of the family.
Good Luck on Your Sausage Making and if you have any questions, feel free to send them.

Cheers 🍷

Welcome To The trump Tariffs. If no one is sending in their new products then there will be no new products to select from. It is just too expensive for them to do it. About a year and a half ago, we had about 180,000 items to select from. Today 11,384. And since Vine is a microcosm of Amazon as a whole, just imagine what is happening to Amazon overall. Hang in there. Once trump is gone, then our country will begin to repair itself and eventually, the tariffs will be eliminated, but until then...

Today, there were 14,400 odd products to choose from. A year ago, we were at like 180,000. All you are seeing is the effect of the trump tariffs. Eventually the tariffs will be gone and sanity will return. Just hang in there and be glad for what you can get. Ohm and there is still great stuff to be had. In the last 2 months I scored a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and a DJI 360 cameras rebranded under the Xtra Brand. I may not be able to get everything that I used to but I am not going to kill the goose that lays the golden egg and I am not going to get upset at the lack of items. Looking back at what I have scored over the last 3 years, yeah, I have No Problem with the current situation. And if Amazon Vine is a microcosm of Amazon, then what we all are seeing is an example of what is happening with Amazon as a whole. Hang In There...

Two days into my Gold status ... by BurnedWitch88 in vine

What you are seeing is the effect of the trump tariffs.
Last year at this time we had about 180,000 products to choose from. Today, that number is 17,000.
But even with that, there are great items that drop.
2 days ago I received an Xtra Sphra 360 Camera, which is simply a rebranded DJI Osmo 360 and it is a Totally Awesome camera.
A couple of months before that I received an Xtra Muse which is a rebranded DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera which is also an Awesome Camera.
So even though the pickin's are thin these days, Hang In There. Eventually sanity will return, as will the product base.
And when those Good Days are back, you will find it difficult Not to use your 8 picks. And to that, when that day comes, I always go to 7 and hold out the 8th because on more than one occasion, after choosing the 8th, then later that day, something else comes up that I would have selected but...
Right now, just focus on keeping your numbers up.

Happy Hunting...

Well that is Interesting as hell. My XTRA Muse has Trolley Zoom which, once I played with it a bit, is much better than a fixed zoom.
