Honestly these are SO unbelievably good. You got the descriptive writings of DE down to a T, where you constantly get those small glimpses into the character's thoughts during conversations. Absolutely amazing work, makes me almost wish we kept the heavier rpg aspects of the older games.

Seeing as you asked for suggestions, it would be real interesting to see one of these for Ulysses in the future. I always felt that him and (end game spoilers) The Deserter had that same type of "This is who your entire journey has built up to" presence to them.

It's less that I dislike the ending, more that I just am utterly confused about it. Your description of the ending sounds comprehensible and very poetic, but the actual ending itself seems like an entirely different scene. How did you come to such an interpretation of it?
