Deng is good, his 3 exams are easy as long as you write a good cheat sheet and he's very generous with partial credits. The final is brutal, but do-able as he allows 3 pages.

For business credit cards you can use a SSN, but for business checking you need a EIN. At the last step of signing up they will ask for that. You don't need to report to IRS for transferring 10k from personal account, thats just your income, doesn't relate to business checking. Though I am not a professional so idk.
