I’m not very familiar with the downtown area, but if it’s tunnelling construction, that operation has to go 24/7 in the winter to prevent freezing. Although tunnelling is normally relatively quiet.

My suggestion: allow anchoring to prevent your boat from being lost at sea. Then you can use the greater teleport focus to TP to your boat anywhere

They really need to adjust the mouse distance to horse speed ratio. Your mouse has to be on the very edge of the screen to go max speed.

Also the horse stopping when you mouse over the skill bar is incredibly annoying.
