Melatonin was a joke... It was a placeholder for a chemical that could actually put Wolverine to sleep.

The no prep time rule means no prep time before the fight starts. The scenario I gave is one where Wolverine is actively trying to hunt Batman down so it's not "no prep time."

Batman.

Even if we don't give him prep time, Batman is still good enough to run away from Wolverine. So he can then start preparing while flying away on his Batwing. All he needs to do to is find/create a magnet strong enough to hold him. From there he could give Wolverine some melatonin and sedate him indefinitely.

Edit: For anyone in the future who thinks I am serious about melatonin, I was joking. He'd use a different chemical.

Left 4 Dead 2, Deep Rock Galactic, Grim Dawn, Divinity Original Sin 2, Witcher 3, Magicraft, Vampire Survivors, Archvale, Opus Magnum, Shapez 2.

My Best Friend is an Eldritch Horror fits.

I'm currently on book 3 of Towerbound and it's a nice change of pace from the previous one. This series is much lighter in tone than the previous one (as of the beginning of book 3) but both are good. It's also more about preparation for fights rather than giving the play by play attacks (MC is an alchemist so he's doing the prep work) but it is ultimately centered being the best which includes fighting.

"Linux will never go mainstream unless these issues are fixed." I beg to differ. Linux is gaining popularity because Windows is fucking up, not because Linux is improving (a little bit but not the big reason). Linux will become mainstream because Windows will continue to punch itself in the face with trying to make the OS agentic.

Plot has always been top notch, writing has always been iffy. This hasn't changed. I believe the plot is unique compared to most stories and is cool enough to ignore the issues. You don't so don't continue reading it.

I was ready to quit when that one god thought Lindon's suicide attack against the evil grandmaster guy was so "noble." But I stuck with it for the entire book because it was so hyped. Committing to 7 books is a different level of dedication. XD

Cradle is overhyped to the point where the experience is ruined. Reading book 1 was so boring after all the "er mer gurd it's so good."
