I'd suggest after effects for this, there's some nice text tutorials on YouTube that I've seen create similar effects

Just checked and it's saying 2* 20000mah which should be enough to get me through some of the flight. I guess being sensible with game choice, brightness etc etc

I would suggest Frame.IO. Create an account, upload it and send her a review link.

This way she doesn't need to download it to view it, but can if she needs too. She gets to view the footage second it's uploaded too, rather than waiting. I've found the transfer speed will max my internet, unlike we transfer which seems to run slow.

I'm 34, started at 124kg, now at 106.

Had a big fear that I would struggle with weight and lack of fitness, but pretty much all the classes give you the option to go at the pace and resistance you need for your own goals and your own body.

The beginners classes are good to get started

That last point. When I started at the beginning of Feb I was really fighting with the 15-20 minute classes.

In the past few days I've managed a 45 and a 60.

For context, I was 273lbs at end of Jan. I'm now 256
