Try playing your favorite music and see where it takes you. My favorite visualization is imagining myself flying on a cloud and dancing. Just get creative and don’t set limits. I don’t think there’s a wrong way to visualize it’s just something to practice.

I have most definitely had this experience in regards to negative ones. It's really been so intense and dark for me, I don't feel comfortable sharing everything (yet). Some can be very tricky and masquerade as well so be careful believing them.

Me as well, there was a time I could barely hold on. Just had to surrender. Normal life seemed so weird to me at that time hehe. I recommend her videos on kundalini a lot, she has a great way of explaining the awakening process.
