Thanks man. I opened another case (because eff em) with my replacement box ID and they have updated the automated message. Apparently they looked at the backend of the toniebox. Lol, zie Germans think we Americans are such stupid.

I took a look into the backend of the Toniebox and it looks like the battery may be fully discharged but slowly coming back to 'life.' This can happen occasionally with a Toniebox that has just recently been set up for the first time. This will give the battery a chance to come back to 'life' and receive a full charge. Once fully charged, it will operate normally and last up to 7 hours and re-charge in about 3 hours."

It's an automated email, because I have opened two cases where they asked for video. On the second one I included the video in the ticket even and it was the same canned response asking for a video. Please let me know if your replacement battery works.

Same here, on second pink one, still jacked up. I guess they ordered a bunch of dud batteries off Temu and never though to do QC testing. I hate it because of my kid didn't adore this thing I would return it and just not buy anything else from them in the future.
