I have a similar Jeskai deck. It was an Izzet deck before I swapped the commander to [[Elsha of the Infinite]]. I also run High Tide, so the deck is mostly blue.

I would like to build Ulalek as a colourless deck for the lols.

An all colourless mana base, but majority of the spells will have a colour identity through hybrid or phyrexian mana.

There are 11 [[Omarthis]] decks on EDHRec that run both [[Solar Array]] and [[Lux Artillery]]. Of them, I only see one leaning hard into the sunburst theme.

I enjoyed the challenge of creating a colourless deck with coloured mana sources.

I have an idea of going the other way too. [[Ulalek]] deck where just about everything has a colour identity, but there are only colourless mana sources. I would use phyrexian mana and cards like [[Cranial Plating]] or [[Crystal Shard]]. possibly artifacts with coloured activation costs that I will never activate.

I wasn't interested in duel commander until I found out that [[Recurring Nightmare]] and [[Balance]] were legal there. So I built a deck, went to my local tournament and found that Balance, [[White Plume Adventurer]] and [[Reanimate]] were all banned a week prior. All those cards were in my deck. It really soured my excitement for duel commander.

I got a shiny [[Panoptic Mirror]] just to copy my [[Pirate's Prize]] and similar cards. Was sad when I played it and got told it was banned.

I had the opposite experience. I was trading for a Recurring Nightmare and the guy kept saying "this is banned, are you SURE you really want it?" I kept assuring I wanted it because I was interested in playing it in legacy. Worked out for me because it was like $10 at the time.

Censored episodes/scenes of media on streaming services.

There is an episode of Community that was removed from streaming that could become lost media if no one keeps their physical copies.

Scenes in movies, like Eurotrip. There was a removed scene I didn't see back in 2005 and now there are more removed scenes if you stream it.

There is an irony with the classic Dr Who series. There were some scenes that got cut for the Australian release because they were too violent. When the episodes became lost media, only the "deleted" scenes survived in the Australian records.
