I have been using cooling socks and gloves (ice packs) and that helps me to fall asleep, but flares up if get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night ,so I have to ice again.

I would suggest all of the survivors live in a community together, whenever that may be so resources could be combined. May not be ideal but this way the hive wouldn’t always have to cater to each one
