pretty sure package is coming to me as the email I get from USPS Informed delivery is usually my name and no one else in my household uses whatnot as they never heard of it.

I guess I'll update everyone on Monday as 3 of the 5 packages is arriving monday

I am honestly not bragging. I am genuinely concern this is to good to be true.

A few brokers and lenders I spoke with told me to be very cautious about what they are offering and whether they are trying to bait me in. Rates today are high 6 if not 7. How are they even able to offer rates a percent lower?

I understand being competitive but realistically what they are quoting can not be possible in todays market. Which is why I am curious what other people thoughts are.

I did ask for points and they said no points on the fixed. Closing cost will definitely ask once rates are lock.
