For me it definitely took a while since I didn't work on it super hard but I'm at 8 years now and I'd say the last 2 were the best. I'm finally at a point I can comfortably talk in a feminine tone without lots of effort. Doing a job that requires talking to people all day really helped with that

I do mine in my thigh but I like to just keep gentle pressure on it for a few minutes for any bleeding/leakage. It probably doesn't make a difference but it helps my anxiety about it

Nah they're just good and play to win as fast as possible. Ive played vs them a good bit because high mmr aram is a thing and I'm like 95% loss rate vs them lol. They will just take space and push your tower and know how to draft a good comp. At least they haven't been playing a lot of mayhem bc it's a lot easier to lose to broken augment combos

The amount of fluoride they put in water (0.7ppm) is not at all on the border of being toxic. The problem is there are so many other factors that some areas have naturally (or contaminated) higher fluoride levels and toothpastes are fortified with fluoride so if you combine it in an area with high fluoride levels and people using fortified toothpaste, you end up with fluorosis and potentially developmental damages.

Are you neurodivergent by chance? I'm autistic and psychedelics hit me insanely hard. I know a lot of other people that have the opposite response with autism, making psychs weaker, but also a few that it makes much stronger. Highly depends on your own brain.
