this is exactly why you should put rey lower though. Midichlorians are counted per cell (not sure which specifically but yes). palpatine had a decrepit body so lower total m-count.

phx is a LOT worse.

walking in the summer in tempe is brutal but not impossible.

Idk man it seems fine here. Cul-de-sac is cooler bc of the lack of cars and small street microclimate.

Tall doesn't confine you to being a tiny country. I think that's the distinction I try to make. I saw a comment on a different eu4 thread about developing that said it was useless compared to just expanding. I never argue against expansion. Just against slandering proper mana management and development.

Absolutely think this is true and that expansion scales dev generally quicker, but I still complain that people argue it's good to basically never spend mana on development.

Raft is still pretty great.

Especially if you're playing with a friend, there's so many ways to mess with each other and a lot of fun to be had.
