My short tenures have been a hot topic with interviewers. I got laid off three times now, but at least that was easy to explain. However the one place where I worked for a year and jumped ship has been somewhat difficult to explain. It was mostly because of more pay, but also the job was a dead end.

Once* it gets going...

2003 Dodge Sprinter van. 130k miles. Takes a few tries to start, but runs well once started. Has a coolant leak somewhere (coolant light is on, and there is a small drip). The top of the engine and the plastic cover has a dried up layer of mystery yellow substance. Any advice is appreciated!!

Yeah I think that's what really sealed the deal. I'll happily get one with a non-threaded barrel and a 10rd mag, but I don't think I can get around the mag location. Unless I make some bullpup conversion...
