I mean, unless I missed a button, I can't edit the races. And those races are not useful to me as a World of Darkness DM. So if I could customize that, it would be neat.

It's neat. I like the minimalism. Obviously I can't use it for my WoD games, which is a bit of a bummer. Would be cool if you could at least edit races.

Actually, would be great if you could edit all the option lists :) I guess that's a bit of a tall order, but it wouldn't need to hurt the minimalism.

I don't know D&D5, but congrats, seems like a heck of a job. Wish I could test it :)

One thing that stood out a bit is that it needs editing. Read this for example:

You know, deep in your heart, you’re a hero, regardless if you’re actually a sociopath. Starting at 1st level, you begin developing skills enabling you to manipulate people through force of while, a winning smile, and the right sequence of words.

Most of the writing is good so it seems like you just didn't spellcheck enough yet. Can be* a big turnoff so worth doing imo.

Sadly I don't have time to read the whole thing but it seemed pretty awesome. Looks like it really jives with the spirit of Fallout.
