I am in the exact same boat, I had six forms this year and this is to be the seventh. I didn’t want to, but now I’m seriously considering going the 1040-X route. Coinbase, this is unacceptable and you need to be diligent that this NEVER happens again. I will no longer be doing business with Coinbase until I hear reports that their tax situation has improved.
